Information we collect

Account information you provide, including name, work email, firm name and billing details.

Borrower documents and extracted data that you upload to package a loan. You are responsible for having the borrower's authorization to share these documents with LoanPacket as your service provider.

Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, device and browser information, collected to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

To provide the platform, including extraction, spreading, calculation and document generation.

To communicate with you about your account, security and product changes.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use borrower documents or extracted data to train machine learning models.
• We do not use borrower data for marketing.

Borrower personal information

Borrower documents contain sensitive information including Social Security Numbers, EINs and financial account numbers. We process this information solely on your instructions as a processor. SSNs and routing numbers are redacted on outputs where they are not required by the lender or SBA.

Retention and deletion

Deals and documents are retained while your account is active. You may delete a deal at any time; deletion is completed within 30 days across primary and backup systems. Account closure triggers deletion of all customer data within 60 days unless retention is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@loanpacketapp.com to exercise these rights.
