A deal counts against your monthly allotment when you export a credit memo or SBA form set for it. Uploading, spreading and analyzing documents is unlimited on every plan.
Yes. Additional deals are billed at your tier's per-deal rate ($75, $55 or $40) and appear on the same invoice.
Boutique Brokerage includes up to 10 seats and High-Volume includes unlimited seats. Solo Broker is a single seat.
Yes, encrypted with AES-256 and isolated per account, for as long as you keep the deal. You can delete any deal and its documents at any time, and deletion is permanent within 30 days.
No. Borrower documents and extracted data are never used for model training, and this guarantee is written into the terms of service and DPA.
