Infrastructure
- Amazon Web Services, United States (us-east-1, us-west-2): hosting, storage, encryption key management
- Amazon Web Services, India (ap-south-1): optional India data residency
- Cloudflare: edge network, DDoS protection
Application services
- Stripe: payment processing (billing data only)
- Postmark: transactional email
- DocuSign and Adobe Sign: e-signature routing when enabled by the customer
- Plaid: borrower-authorized bank data retrieval when enabled
Support and operations
- Zendesk: support ticketing (account data only)
- Datadog: application monitoring (no document content)
